I love listening to Madonna, a child of the 80s. Last minute, we found out Madonna was in Vegas and we eagerly bought tickets. By 9:30, we were seated and arrived for the show supposed to start at 10:30. Our cell phones were taken and locked into Yondr pouches to prevent recording. As long as it improves the experience, I'm okay with that. Madonna was two hours late to the show, claiming a queen is never late. She was not apologetic. I didn't care for most of her new music, just her 80s classics. The show ended by 2:30, right before our 8 o'clock flight the next morning. If I knew it would be two hours late, I might not have gone to see her. Mid-show, Madonna auctioned off a Polaroid of herself for $5000 for charity. She frequently paused to discuss politics. I appreciate her social awareness efforts, but I didn't pay for a political rally. We had an awesome time at Gwen Stefani's Vegas show recently. Why can't Madonna do the same for her fans? Fans chanted "Refund" in the crowd, a sight I've never seen before. Too bad Ninajirachi has lost sight of entertaining.
